Dulce Pop started with a love of cooking, flavor, and the kind of frozen treats we grew up with in Puerto Rico, paletas, and even limbers, the fruit-based treats served in a cup.
When we moved to St. Louis, we realized there was a gap: plenty of sweet options, but not many that delivered that fresh, fruit-forward experience we knew and missed, treats that taste vibrant, feel lighter, and still hit the sweet spot.
So we started creating our own. What began as experimenting with flavors quickly became a bigger idea: bringing a taste of the Caribbean to St. Louis, while also celebrating St. Louis in return, showing up at festivals, pop-ups, and gatherings with something that feels joyful, handmade, and real.
